Projektzusammenfassung „Menschenrechte bilden“

Bei diesem Projekt wirken sechs Organisationen aus den Bereichen Erwachsenenbildung, Soziales und Integration zusammen: Eine Kommune, ein kommunaler Verband. Die Einrichtungen sind in Österreich, Italien und der Tschechischen Republik angesiedelt.
Ziel ist bei den bestehenden Aktivitäten der Organisationen in der Arbeit zum kulturellen Erbe - insbesondere der Beschäftigung mit der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus - anzusetzen und für sozial benachteiligte Menschen, bildungsferne Schichten, insbesondere junge benachteiligte Menschen, ältere Arbeitnehmer*innen, Geringqualifizierte und Migrant*innen, einniederschwelliges Angebote zu entwickeln, das ihnen neue und innovative Formen der Bildung eröffnet und Zugang zu Bildung und Zugang zum kulturellen Erbe verschafft.
Sie knüpfen am Kulturerbejahr 2018 an und setzen die Grundwerte der Europäischen Union und der Menschenrechte in Verbindung mit der Entwicklung von neuen Denkansätzen in der Bildungsarbeit um. Sie entwickeln gemeinsame neue und kreative Bildungsformen, setzen ganzheitliche Methoden ein und verbinden diese mit digitalen Medien.

In this project six organizations from the field of adult education, social commitment and integration are cooperating: Various organizations, a commune and an association of commues, associated partners like the concentration camp Memorial Mauthausen as an expert in commemorative work and the Ludwig-Boltzmann-Institute for human rights (University of Vienna) for scientific monitoring. The organizations are located in Austria, Italy and the Czech Repbulic. The aim of the project is to bring existing activities of the organizations to a new level and to develop new products for social handicapped people. Target groups are especially young people, older employees, people from strata remote from education and/or with migrant background.
The project ties up with the year of cultural heritage 2018 and is led by the basic values of the European Union and the human rights in connection with the development of new and creative ways of thinking in the educational work. The participants jointly develop new and crative forms of offers in adult education, use integral methods and connect this with digital media.

Konkrete Outputs:

Output 1: Ein "Weg der Menschenrechte" wird an zwei Orten angelegt: Beispielhaft für die ländliche Region in der Bewusstseinsregion Mauthausen - Gusen - St. Georgen und für den urbanen Raum in Empoli. Der Weg in Österreich besteht aus jeweils 30 Stationen mit historischem Bezug, einem Audioguide, Informationskarten und Tafeln zum Thema eines ausgewählten Menschenrechts. Der Weg in Italien aus 15 Stationen.
Output 2: Ein Curriculum für ein Kompetenztraining für PädagogInnen wird entwickelt, die dazugehörigen Inhalte ausgearbeitet und ein Pilotkurs C2 mit 10 Teilnehmer*innen dazu in der Tschechischen Republik durchgeführt und das Curriculum erprobt.
In zwei Blended Mobilities - eine in Österreich und eine in Italien - wird der Weg der Menschenrechte mit seinen Stationen und Inhalten erprobt. Kurzfilme werden produziert.
Bei drei Mulitiplyer Veranstaltungen - eine in Österreich eine in Italien und eine in Tschechien werden Multiplikator*innen aus anderen Organisationen in diesen Bereichen, Stakeholder sowie VertreterInnen von Kommunen über die Outputs und ihren Einsatz informiert.

Bei den Outputs geht es um die Entwicklung von neuen Bildungsangeboten: Neue Zugänge zum Lernen finden, Grundwerte der EU und Menschenrechte, Sprachkompetenzen, Diversity, interkulturelle Kompetenzen, kritisches und kreatives Denken fördern. Dadurch kommen sie in Kontakt mit Bildungs- und Sozialorganisationen, die einen Einstieg auch in andere Gebiete ermöglichen können. Die Kompetenzen werden dokumentiert und stehen im Rahmen des Systems ECVET zur Verfügung. Die erarbeiteten Outputs sind europaweit online verfügbar und können in allen Ländern und von verschiedensten Einrichtungen genutzt werden. Die Organisationen verbreiten die Ergebnisse in ihren lokalen, regionalen, nationalen und internationalen Netzwerken. Nach der Durchführung des Projektes werden die Bildungsangebote im Bereich des kulturellen Erbes und Menschenrechtebildung in die bestehenden Programmangebote der Organisationen übernommen und auch anderen Organisationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein besseres Miteinander, Integration und Zusammenleben ist spürbar. Bitte stellen Sie eine englische Übersetzung zur Verfügung. Concrete outputs are:

Output 1: The "Way of Human Rights" will be developed in two locations: As example for a rural area in the Bewusstseinsregion Mauthausen - Gusen - St. Georgen (Austria) and for the urban space in Empoli (Italy). The Austrian way consists of 30 stations with historical content, one audioguide, informational cards and boards to the topic of one selected human right. The Italian way has 15 stations.

Output 2: A Curriculum for a competence taining of pedagogical staff is created, the necessary detailled contents are elaborated and a pilot course is carried out in the Czech Republic (C1).
In two Blended Mobilities - one in Austria (C2) and one in Italy (C3) - the "Way of Human Rights" and its materials will be opened and presented directly to the target group of disadvantaged people. Short films are produced.
In three Multiplyer Events in Austria (E1) , Italy (E2), and Czechia (E3), the outputs are presentated to multiplyers from other organizations, stakeholders and representatives of the comunes.
The main objective of the outputs are creating new forms of measures for adult education in the area of cultural Heritage and human Rights education: Finding/accessing new ways of learning, basic EUvalues und human rights, language competences, diversity, intercultural competences, critical and creative thinking. The learner gets in touch with organizations from the field of adult education and social commitment. This opens up further possibilities for the target groups. The competences are documented and are available in the system of ECVET.
The elaborated outputs are available for free online in whole Europe and can be used from different organizations. The participating organizations share the results on their local, regional, national and international platforms and networks. In the following up of the project the new offers of adult education become a fix part of institutionalized programmes, they are as well provided for other organizations to benefit from them.
